Quote Drawing

Ugh. The horror.

This one was bad. I did it last minute. I know, shame on me, and all that, but I was busy with marching crap.

So, this was our quote drawing assignment, where we had to incorporate a famous quote into our drawing. I chose to use a quote inspired by William Shakespeare, "Still waters run deep." You can't really see all the words in the picture, but I placed them in places I thought would be appropriate. Her mind (thoughts), her heart (feelings/emotions), her veins (cause they flow?), and her stomach/core (like a gut feeling, I guess?).

The girl was supposed to look like Nunally from Code Geass. Cause, honestly, that's the first thing I thought of. The person was supposed to be calm (still waters, and all that), and for some reason a blind girl came into my mind. Don't ask me why. But, she's rather calm, isn't she? So it fits, right?
